The bottom floor of the America Restaurant in Washington DC has tables that extend into the Main Hall of Union Station, as seen in this picture. The information desk and Center Cafe is in the background of this image, as well as some of the building's beautifully sculpted Roman legionnaires.

Union Station is just 5 blocks away from the U.S. Capitol building.
